What we collect from the free tools
When you look up a site, the address, lot on plan or position you enter is used to answer that request and is not stored. We do not keep a log of the sites people look up, and we do not use lookups for marketing or to contact landholders.
"Use my location" asks your browser for your position. Your browser asks your permission first, and the position is used only for that lookup.
The free tools need no account, use no cookies and do not track you across sites.
Who processes your request
- Cloudflare delivers this website and runs the free tools. Cloudflare processes each request in the data centre nearest the person or AI assistant making it.
- The Queensland Government spatial services receive the position or lot needed to answer the lookup, as they would from any map viewer.
If you email us, we keep your email to reply and to manage the pilot. We send marketing only to people who ask for it, and every marketing email can be unsubscribed from.
Paid plans
Paid plans are covered by a separate agreement, including a data processing agreement, and are hosted in Australia.
